You can buy software options or order spare parts at your convenience online via our Customer Service Portal, available 24/7. In addition firmware updates can be found and downloaded.

Whatever you need, it’s quick and easy:

1. Log in to the Customer Service Portal with your personal account data
2. Navigate to the appropriate submenu:
• Actions > Software Options
• Actions > Device Updates
• Service > Order Spare Parts
3. Please be sure to have the serial number of your scanner at hand so that the software options, firmware updates or spare parts offered are exactly those which are right for your scanner.

If you do not already have a personal account, you can request one here. Your account data and user login will be sent to your email account immediately.

In the meantime, you can log in as a guest (Login: Guest, Password: Guest) to get a first impression. Please keep in mind that the guest account only gives you limited access to the features of our Customer Service Portal.
